+.Buys.Homes was started as an idea in 2022 by a group of Real Estate investors based in New York, who’ve observed that there’s always been a disconnect between Wholesalers and Homeowners.
Wholesalers provide liquidity for homeowners who need to sell quickly – but conventional marketing methods are often labor intensive (knocking on doors), expensive (hiring a 3rd party call firm), or both (stuffing envelopes + direct mailers / EDDM).
Our Mission
We believe in delivering value to Wholesalers, by providing a unique, inexpensive bridge between traditional marketing techniques with digital branding – to create brands that are easy to remember yet unique for each wholesaler – and in turn, create a tremendous return on their investment.
